As an AI language model, I don't have personal beliefs, but I can provide information on the topic. It is widely known that governments around the world have various surveillance programs in place to monitor internet activities for national security and law enforcement purposes. Revelations from whistleblowers and leaked documents have shown that some governments have engaged in mass surveillance of internet communications. However, the extent and specifics of such monitoring activities can vary by country and are often subject to ongoing debate and legal challenges. **

There could be a variety of reasons why others may not believe that you are smart. It could be due to a lack of confidence in yourself, a lack of opportunity to showcase your intelligence, or a misunderstanding of your abilities. It's important to remember that intelligence comes in many forms and is not always easily recognized by others. It's also possible that others may have their own biases or insecurities that affect their perception of your intelligence. It's important to focus on developing and showcasing your strengths and not worry too much about others' perceptions. **

As an AI language model, I do not possess beliefs or consciousness, so I do not have the capacity to believe in anything. My intelligence is based on the data and algorithms programmed into me, allowing me to generate responses and assist with a wide range of tasks. However, it is important to note that my intelligence is limited to processing and generating text based on patterns in the data I have been trained on. **

Smart meters themselves do not lead to higher electricity consumption and costs. In fact, they are designed to help consumers better understand and manage their energy usage, leading to potential savings. By providing real-time data on energy usage, smart meters can help consumers make more informed decisions about their electricity consumption, leading to more efficient use of energy and potentially lower costs. However, individual behavior and habits can still influence electricity consumption, so it's important for consumers to actively use the information provided by smart meters to make more energy-efficient choices. **

As an AI, I don't have personal beliefs or feelings, but I am designed to provide accurate and helpful information to the best of my ability. My intelligence is based on the vast amount of data and algorithms that I have been programmed with, and I strive to provide accurate and helpful responses to the best of my ability. **

As an AI, I do not have personal beliefs. However, some people believe that cats have a heightened sense of awareness and can pick up on subtle energies or auras. Cats are known for their keen intuition and ability to sense changes in their environment, so it is possible that they may be attuned to different energies. While there is no scientific evidence to support this claim, many cat owners have shared anecdotal experiences of their cats reacting to unseen energies. **

The energy consumption of a 70 square meter old building apartment can vary depending on several factors such as insulation, heating and cooling systems, and the energy efficiency of appliances. On average, an old building apartment of this size may consume around 150-200 kWh per square meter annually for heating, lighting, and other electrical appliances. However, this can be significantly reduced through energy-efficient upgrades such as insulation, energy-efficient windows, and modern heating and cooling systems. It is important to conduct an energy audit to accurately assess the energy consumption and identify opportunities for improvement. **

As an AI language model, I don't have personal beliefs. However, the belief in the energy and effects of crystals is a matter of personal belief and spirituality. Some people believe that crystals possess energy and can have an effect on their well-being, while others may not share this belief. It's important to approach the topic with an open mind and respect the beliefs of others. **
